Vila Gale Estoril Hotel

A quality hotel with pleasant staff and good facilities

The rooms are dated and have mold everywhere. If you are allergic to mold do not stay in this hotel. I have pictures of all the mold in the bathrooms and floors. Most rooms are small and overcharged. My stay was next to the elevator with a lot of noise. Also doors are not working and they take more than 24 hours to fix anything (even to install new bateries) and the costumer is always wrong no matter how right to costumer may be. Very old red carpets in most rooms with bed smell. Air conditioner had a brocken piece and wind would go to our faces only. Electrical outlets did not work and only 50% of light sources worked. Please do not stay in this hotel if you want to have a good time during your vacation

The hotel is located very close to the beach, the railway station, with trains to Lisbon every 20 mins, and the casino. The spa is very good the jacuzzi and wet room included, with reasonable price massages and treatments. The masa fina restaurant serves nice Italian food. The decor is perhaps a little tired, but the hotel is clean. The bed was comfortable and the room a good size. If I was to visit the area again I would definitely stay here.

nice hotel BUT needs more sun shades and sun beds by the pool ( one shade to two beds ). the bar man disappeared for ten minutes when returning didn't say sorry just poured our drinks and stood watching his phone , didn't even say thank you.

Great room with a sea view and overlooking the pool! Good location for walking along the shore, and several restaurants close by. Staff was pleasant too and they had on site parking!! Only 45 min drive into Lisbon.. would go back again.

Stayed 2 nights after travelling prior to meeting friend. the room was clean and large. seemed understaffed. overall pleasant well-located chain hotel

Excellent location close to Estoril station, so very easy to get to from Lisbon. The hotel needs a bit of an upgrade, but it was clean, quite, comfortable and the rooms were a good size. We used it as a base to explore the area. It’s a beautiful 15min walk along the seafront to Cascais. Excellent restaurants and bars all along the coast.

It would have been better, but it rained everyday we were there.

We were only there for a few days as down time at the end of a 2 week tour so didn't really have any high expectations . Quite satisfied

Lovely hotel close to everything.Staff very welcoming and friendly. Hotel restaurant food very good.
