These rooms have two adjacent single beds and are in our Cottage building about a hundred yards or so from the main Hotel, accessed via our car park. The rooms are mostly larger and fully equipped, each room being unique reflecting the character of the Cottage. The bathrooms have separate shower and bath.

"Great location but hotel"

Location in Aspley Guise is perfect. Hotel is looking very tired and definitely needs renovating.

A major gripe from most of our group that there were no bottles of water in our rooms. Only hotel I have stayed in that does not. Should be a basic inclusion. Hotel is looking and is very tired and needs renovating

"Lovely family stay"

Plenty of room for a family. We had a room with a little balcony which was cute. No air-conditioning but they proviia fan. (It was during a heatwave) breakfast was lovely. Staff were great. Beautiful hotel.

Had to pay for parking, there was a strange smell in the hallway. Cold tap didn't work in one of the sinks but it was a twin sink so not really an issue.

Staff were lovely and helpful especially as they were working in extremely hot conditions. Good quality bed linen and towels and extremely comfortable bed.

Having to pay for parking. Stained shower curtain. Toilet was also badly stained in bottom.
