paid twice for same day because of poor understanding

It’s nasty As a business it’s infested with roaches and the staff is very unprofessional

Well where to start, I guess I will start when I walked in the front door of this hotel. There was only one young guy working that night. I made a reservation on hotels.com which saved me $14.45 only to be met with a $15 pet fee that I was unaware I would have to pay because on their page it only says pet friendly. So I ended up not saving at all. I booked a room with 2 double beds because it was my husband and I and our 10 year old daughter. When I told the guy I had a reservation he asked if I wanted hey smoking or non-smoking room well my husband smokes and he wasn't feeling good that day so I said we'll take a smoking I don't want him to have to walk outside every time you want to smoke. we got all of our luggage on one of the little cart that you bring your luggage in only to find out we're on the second floor but they have no elevator that was weird I've never heard of a two-story building no elevators especially a hotel. When we finally got our luggage to the 2nd floor the room only had one bed instead of 2.so I asked why we only had one bed long story short switch to a room that had two double beds in it but the room was disgusting the bathroom was horrible toilet was filthy the small refrigerator was so dirty I had to clean it before we could even use it the floor had black stains will it like tar off of a roof. our 10 year old daughter was fussed at twice by this guy. I spoke with the owner the next morning about what happened and was told to contact hotels.com.

There was no toilet seat on the toilet. Say they were sold out when asked for another room. And it was non refundable.

The upstairs is full of roaches. I recommend a non smoking downstairs. Or just dont stay there at all.

The hotel was a nightmare from the beginning. I booked the room through a hotel travel site. On the site and gave a rate of a pacific price including tax. When I arrive, they try to charge me more than the rate agreed upon through the travel website after a long discussion I end up finding proof of my payment and was able to check in the hotel has two floors, but no elevator it was not handicapped assessable to smokers, which I think is unethical. At the clamming fight for stairs with luggage. The room was horrible. We had to drag all our belongings back downstairs and begin to request a refund. The desk clerk said we had to get in touch with the hotel, and travel agent for a refund once we were able to do that, they then still said they would not give us a refund and we had to stay or lose our money. So I asked to see another room on the first floor. It was horrible so she showed us the second room, which was also horrible and did not have a refrigerator or a microwave inside of it. The manager agreed to get us a refrigerator with a microwave when he did refrigerator had no shelves in it it was rusted on the inside, they didn’t bring a second refrigerator but the legs were wobbly, and every time you open the door everything rolled out. I would never stay here again. It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life.

We stayed there because I do not have electricity at my house due to Hurricane Ida. When I checked in they charged me a higher rate than what I was quoted. The room was very dirty and this motel is located in a area that is not so safe. Unfortunately it was one of the few motels that had availability. I would raither stay in my home without electricity than stay in this dump!

I was only here one night but it was fine for me, Big room, helpful staff, excellent choice of cable channels which is important for me. All the facilities worked, the towel rack was broken and came off but so what. Breakfast was terrible but i didnt know they had one anyway so no loss really. Is close to the airport if you need somewhere to crash.Microwave and fridge in room was a bonus. Was also very quiet.

BEWARE!! A pure nightmare! THE WORST hotel I've ever experienced but it was late and we needed a place to stay. A wad of hair in the chair, doritos on the floor, thick layer of crud in sink drain, thick dust on furniture. We took wet napkins and wiped off areas we needed to use and napkins were filthy. A dog kennel would be cleaner! Front desk attendant was friendly and offered to give us a vacuum cleaner to use if it would make us feel more comfortable. Someone working with the health department in this area must be getting paid under the table for allowing this place to exist!!

Visited sometime in the past and it was a one day visit slept good and was relaxed. Price was okay! Just enjoyed time to myself that I haven't had in a long time. I dont recall having breakfast to tell much about
