"Hotel was great, staff was a let down. For what we paid, we do expect to be atleast spoken to with common courtesy."

The property is located in a great area of the city. Conveniently next to great bars, restaurants, sky tower and a dairy right outside. Rooms are clean and have everything needed.

Reception staff and house keepers were great, cannot fault them at all but the restaurant staff were unbelievably rude and extremely disrespectful. Both the events bar staff and behind the bar on the ground floor need training on general customer service and conflict prevention/management.

Location

When we were check in the staff wasn’t friendly, I requested for extra towel and ice but he ignored me and we didn’t have it till I went back to reception Agian and the lady at the reception was helpful. A lot of dust in the room specially around the aircon vent. Seems that room wasn’t used for ages.
