Staff was friendly, the room was refurbished (but very small), breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant amazing

Not good value for money - too expensive for what you get. We requested a fallsview room - well you could see falls from the small window, however the main view was the bridge and the parking lot.

"Reserve at a newer hotel - this one is old which comes with lots of problems"

The views were fantastic as well as the staff.

AC didn’t work the whole trip. The room was not usable during the day because of the heat. The staff said they would fix it but never did. So verify little sleep. The room were not cleaned daily as they said they would be.
