I want to say thank you to the lady who made a review about bedbugs. She posted the day we were going to the hotel. I was able to check our room and ensure there were none. So my review- This is a place i would stay at as a young 19 year old not giving a crap about anything more than a cheap place to party. 1- the room wasn’t the cleanest. We found clothing behind the bed, a dirty rag from staff. ect. 2- The elevators were down for a little. As a mother with a toddler and a 3 month old this caused a LOT of problems when I was alone. The staffer did offer to help me tho. 3- There was no AC in the room. We tried multiple times to set the AC and it didn’t work even on the lowest setting. The room was HOTT! Myself and another family member overheat due to medical conditions or medications and when I spoke to the front desk they advised there is no working AC in the hotel. They did provide me with a fan and i’m thankful for that but it only did so much. 4- one of the queen beds was broken and had 3 very sharp metal pieces sticking out that were covered by the bed sheets. Every adult in the room and 1 child hit it multiple times resulting in cuts and or bruises. Location was probably one of the best things. The restaurant below it was horrible though. Atmosphere was underwhelming. I guess you get what you pay for but I will never be returning to this hotel.

Location

Dirty room heating system not working, no packages cause I booked with booking.com they would offer same package. Last stay there was no heat as well. They need to update there heating and AC systems 2 years in a row same issues, and have there rooms cleaned including coffee machine and fridge food and coffee left in them.

"No elevators"

This hotel is NOT accessible! They've decommissioned the elevator and will not tell you till under the cancelation period... their are NO ground floor rooms and staff are ignorant about having to help
