The location was convenient to my destination

My experience at this property was highly unsatisfactory. The front desk representative was unprofessional and lacked courtesy. Upon entering the initial room, I found it to be in an unacceptable state of cleanliness and requested a room change. The receptionist did not ask for clarification regarding the issue and advised that only one alternate room was available on the floor below. Regrettably, the second room was also inadequately cleaned. Due to the late hour and the unavailability of alternative accommodations in the area, I was compelled to remain. Both rooms exhibited stained floors and walls. The tables contained visible hair, food debris, dirt, and substances that appeared to be illicit in nature. Additionally, the bathroom light in the first room was nonfunctional.
