After changing our room, we were very happy with the new one. The window in the original room faced a brick wall. We had paid slightly more for a standard double. The receptionist very kindly showed us a couple of bedrooms and we settled for one we liked.

The bed frame is dangerous. My husband has a gash on his leg. The receptionist said there were already plans to remove this type of bedframe from the bedrooms. The chambermaid must have been aware as she covered each corner of the bedframe with extra towels. The buffet needs to be arranged sensibly. The bowls for the cereal were opposite the room. It was the same for glasses for the fruit juices, etc. So people were criss-crossing the room.

Very central location.

Very poor breakfast, I wouldn’t bother with it.

Not clean carpets in common areas. Many stains

Klimat. Hotel jest pod tym względem wyjątkowy. Pokój zgodny z opisem, śniadanie smaczne, produkty dobrej jakości, ale monotonne. Codziennie to samo. Obsługa miła, szybko reaguje na prośby. Cały czas miałem poczucie zaopiekowania. Lokalizacja nie może być lepsza. Zdecydowanie polecam. Z hotelowego internetu nie korzystałem, więc się nie wypowiem.

Organizacja bufetu śniadaniowego. Rzeczy były poustawiane w taki sposób, że wielokrotnie trzeba było wracać po potrzebne rzeczy. Powodowało to poczucie tłoku, bo ludzie zamiast przesuwać się w linii, co chwilę po coś wracali. To można, i w mojej ocenie, powinno się zoptymalizować. Ale to drobiazg.
