I was expecting to find the hotel by terminal 3 ans andvertised. After flying from New Zealand and feeling rather jet lagged I experienced the non existing signage to tell me where to go as extremely frustrating. No sign to say intercity hotel shuttle bus go right. So I asked some people and was told it’s just five mins to walk, I set off to walk but turned around when I came to the end of the walkway and stood in front of a large fence.. back to terminal 3 I went. Called The hotel and was only able to speak with AI, that told me there is a shuttle bus twice an hour but not when or where.. luckily the bus came and took me on the journey that I would not describe as easy walking distance or right at the terminal. So signage and getting there were below any of my expectations.

Hard to get there and back to terminal one.
