Houveram Episódios de Falta de Energia do bairro por duas ocasiões em dois dias seguidos. Não houve contato da recepção para informar os hóspedes. Nós que precisávamos ligar na recepção para saber o que houve. O Estabelecimento deixou claro a falta de preparo em situações como essas, pois estávamos no 3ø Andar e o gerador não atendeu para dar suporte nos quartos.

Se houvesse uma melhor comunicação eum gerador que suprisse a falta de energia em interrupções, a avaliação seria mais branda. Porém, em situações como essas, ficou claro a falta de comunicação e preparo.
