"Do not recommend"

This hotel was disappointing to say the least. Roaches found, overall cleanliness very much lacking, broken refrigerators, rudeness of staff, unkept pool, and many other unnecessary issues on an already emotional/stressful/meaningful 9 hour trip for my husband’s graduation from bct at Fort Jackson. It was pretty much ruined for my family after staying at this hotel. I do not recommend to anyone.

The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved the checkout time was later than 11

We didn't like that the the doors had to stay closed at the pool because it got really hot in there with the hot tub and no air flow

The staff was professional & tried to accommodate all requests

The property itself needs a lot of TLC. Things have gone unattended. The outside needs sprucing up to look more inviting compared to the other hotels in the area.

The place had tics in the room, insects and bugs. The pool looked like it was filled with mud.

Nothing much, breakfast was also terrible.
