Personal war sehr freundlich. Essen hervorragend. Das Hotel sehr cozy.

Eine Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksservice war sichtlich unmotiviert und genervt. Das war ein wenig schade, denn das rechtliche Personal war sehr bemüht.

"Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, excellent bar/ restaurant and an overall great vibe."

Breakfast was excellent in location, presentation, food, staff, etc.

Room had an issue with the heater, even after staff adjusted it we still had issues, but not overwhelming. Slippers provided did not fit and were a bit frustrating - outside shoes are not allowed to be worn in the facilities.

Everything. The beds are very comfortable, house keeping was fantastic. The rooms felt warm and cosy. The slippers you wear around the hotel are a great touch. Breakfast selection also very tasty.
