"Incredible disappointing"

I didnt stay at the hotel, I was "upgraded" to a quality inn 30 Mins away from my destination. At no point was the hotel a "upgrade". Staff was the only good quality everything else in the hotel was absolutely embarrassing, room was stained, dirty, smoke and mold smell. The entire experience was awful.
