A/C unit went out at 3am room was very hot. Floors in the room were dirty, it needs a bit of mopping, stains on the sheets.

A very clean and nice hotel. A great location, close to downtown and has modern amenities. Already has streaming services ready on TV. Overall, this is the place you wanna stay to splurge and have a GREAT time with out going overboard at all with cost.

Location was close to Wharf, down-town Monterey. All walkable.

This property says it’s “ PET FRIENDLY” But it’s NOT! They charge $45.00 dollars per dog per night stay. There is ZERO AREA to relieve your pet. No grassy area, no area at all ! It’s completely NOT FRIENDLY for PETS!

Comfortable bed, large well designed room, exceptionally clean, large smart TV on a swivel arm, great walk in shower.

Shower drain was clogged, the pricey dog fee of $45/ night.
