Ville 718

I never got to check in. I drove 9 ½ - 10 hours from my home and needed to to stop for the night. I got fuel in a town 10 miles outside of my reservation. I was very tired and still had 3 ½ - 4 hours to go to my destination. I arrived in Grand Junction early in the morning only to be turned away. Wound up sleeping in a rest area. Very flawed system when the hotel and expedia don't work together. No communication and I lose out financially. Disappointing but a lesson well learned. Thanks a heap. I will warn everyone in my circle of future dealings with said company.

no coffee in the lobby area no dining/breakfast

Staff are nice and friendly. Room is spacious and roomy with separate powder room and bathroom. Ventilation is necessary to be installed in the bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Lots of eateries in area. Will go back to this hotel in future.

Dusty headboard, door and doorjam had been broke, prtmanent residence at motel, working on broken cars, neighbors yelling

Overall it was a great one night stay close to the airport. The mattresses were a little worn out and lumpy.

Staff was incredibly friendly, room was very clean. The rooms and property are very dated...spruce that up and you'll have much bigger draw!

Clean but outdated. Faucets have hot and cold switched.

The property is old, but clean. Its a family run place with a nice garden. And they cost half of what nearby hotels charge.

Average hotel a little old but clean and quiet. No breakfast or pool or gym but price ok.
