Das Personal war freundlich ,das Zimmer sauber.Die Betten hart wie Stein .Hellhörig und laut .Nie wieder

très bon accueil bilingue en francais ou allemand, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Literie très confortable. Le pdj est d'un très bon rapport qualité prix avec differentes sortes de pain, confitures, vienoiseries, charcuterie et fromages. L'hotel est situé juste à 10 minutes de marche de la gare et du marché de noel dans un quartier très tranquille en face d'un parc.

Ich war eine Nacht in einem Standardzimmer mit Doppelbett. Zum Empfang : Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett, der Eingang sieht auch ansprechend aus und ist nicht heruntergekommen, überall saubere Flure und Treooenhäuser, einen Aufzug gibt es auch. Zum Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber mit einem Holzoptik - Boden. Das Bad ist klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Es gibt eine Steh Dusche mit Glastür, alles Kalk frei und sauber, ein Waschbecken mit Spiegeln Föhn Handtücher und natürlich einem sauberen Klo. Ich hatte erst einen TV Klotz erwartet aber es war tatsächlich ein Flachbildfernseher an der Wand welcher echt gut ist, die Senderazswahl ist super es gibt sehr viele Programme. Das Zimmer sah nicht in die Jahre gekommen aus. Das Bett war auch sauber und hergerichtet. Fazit: Wenn ich nochmal nach Saarbrücken gehen würde, würde ich hier definitiv ein Zimmer buchen.

we arrived without a problem, no parking on street so happily paid for hotel parking at back of hotel which was secure. Clean quiet room, nothing fancy but what I expect of an Ibis as an Accor card holder. I was ill and we had to leave after one night. Fully expected to have to pay for 2nd night, but when they refunded the car park they refunded the room. Quality service which I wasn't expecting. It was convenient for the city centre, just a 10 min walk turning right out of the hotel and just keep going straight. We were there for the Christmas market which for me was very poor in comparison to Aachen where we went last year.

This is the second time I went to this hotel. I really loved the service, the room, and the breakfast. This is a cozy and agreable hotel. Certainlty I will return. In my opinion this is the one's of the best hotel I have ever been in Germany. You should go and try.

Never stayed at a Ibis Hotel. Before my arrival at first I was sceptical and then I quickly changed my mind. It was clean, verything new. The breakfast was perfect, not a very big buffet, but perfect. It has all I love, bacon, eggs,... Not all hotels have this.

A good hotel for a short stay with acceptable service and not so expensive. The breakfast is good and the staff very polite. The hotel is very well situated in the city, near the rail stations, restaurants and shopping areas.
