The hotel staff specially the front desk needs some major etiquette and customer relationships lessons . This experience was not only with me but overall the same .

Room maintenance need to be improvement , certainly seen better days since I stayed there in 2016

This property is missing the swimming pool but apart from that great place to stay.

It is not at 5 star level. I would rate no more than 4 stars and customer service is poor.

Very good property but not maintained well

Dreadful! Avoid. Everything at this hotel is falling apart. Don’t go by the pics, everything is broken, rooms dated, shower sink felt like a lake as water takes 30 mins after a shower to drain, carpets in room felt sticky, iron in room doesn’t get hot, just warm. Breakfast restaurant was also a nightmare, felt like you were in a cheap cafe. Porch outside the hotel is like a fish market- the door guys have no control over the cars and there’s no system. Avoid at all costs. If you find a good deal on the hotel, there’s a reason why that’s the case. Plenty of other options in Mumbai,

The hotel is tired, everything is old and dated, the room furniture is falling apart, restaurants are awful. Went to breakfast and they served me my dosa cold, after a 10 mins wait from their 'live theatre'. Other than the location there's nothing going for this hotel. Plenty other options in Mumbai, don't go by their pics, they look sparkling and shiny, the hotel is anything but.

Great customer service and hospitality. Food was amazing and staff was really helpful.

Enjoyed my stay for 7nights in a balcony suite. Will return in a few months and stay here again. I felt very comfortable here 😌
