The staff here are wonderful! They dealt kindly with some issues we had, and were welcoming, accommodating and charming to everyone. The hotel is in the business area so very quiet at night but 5 minutes walk to central shopping and a wide choice of restaurants. It’s also a 15 minute walk to the ferry terminals which is great for Rottnest excursions. Staff gave us helpful info on the area when we checked in.

While I understand that the photos used may show a room not identical to the one given, our allocated room was very different to the one I had carefully chosen for our 6 day stay. While all facilities were the same, the room allocated had a very small window and thus little natural light while the one I had chosen had a wall of windows and light. I thought we’d been given the wrong room. We hadn’t; it was apparently the same category as the one I’d booked, but luckily they were able to change our room after the first night. Staff were helpful and kind remedying the problem, but it’s worth keeping in mind when booking. Our second room was lovely.

The room was clean and easily accessible by elevator from reception, and the basement where there is limited parking. The staff were particularly good, helpful and friendly on both visits to the hotel.

The staff were lovely and the room was a really good size, included a kitchenette which turned out to be very handy. Being near Brookfield Pace was great. Lots of food options and workday action as there is no food options at the hotel

The entrance to the hotel is awful ....old and dirty from wear. Mostly age related. The bathroom is a bit dated but kept very clean. There was nothing I needed to complain about.
