Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. I would like to start with the positives. The lobby creates a very good first impression: interesting decor, artwork, sculptures, and a pleasant atmosphere. Because of this, we expected the room to match the photos shown on Booking. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.

Upon arrival, we had to wait around 10 minutes at reception while the staff member was occupied with the computer and a phone call, paying little attention to us. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a strong smell of dampness and old furniture. The room looked significantly worse than in the photos. The interior was outdated, many surfaces were worn out, the walls and furniture had visible damage, and the light switches were dirty. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. We booked a room with a sea view, but nobody informed us that it would be located on the ground floor. As a result, the terrace opened directly onto an area where staff and guests were constantly walking past. There was virtually no privacy. In addition, the terrace light could not be switched off due to a faulty switch, so light continuously came into the room throughout the night, even with the curtains closed. The bathroom was also problematic. There was no shower curtain or glass screen, so every shower left the entire bathroom floor wet. There were visible signs of mold around the bathtub area. The lighting around the mirror was poorly designed and made basic grooming or applying makeup very inconvenient. The bed was unstable and moved because of wheels on some of the legs, constantly hitting the wall with even minor movement. There were stains of unknown origin on the sofa and visible marks on the wall. We also found stains on the bed linen, which was unpleasant to discover upon arrival. For a hotel located near the sea, it was surprising that there was no proper place to dry swimwear, towels, or beach clothes. The small rack in the bathroom was completely insufficient. The towels were heavily worn, some even had holes, and they felt very rough and uncomfortable. Noise was another major issue. Almost every evening there were extremely loud bass vibrations coming from across the street, continuing until late at night.

Gostamos do hotel, com uma boa localização. Café da manhã bom. Bom custo-benefício. Recomendo
