Everything was fantastic! Short transfer from the airport and the hotel was beautiful . The restaurants on site do excellent food too. Would definitely be back

Todo organizado y tranquilo. El café del desayuno espectacular. Hemos probado todo incluido el gym, jacuzzi, sauna los dos restaurantes, masajes y bufet de desayuno y todo ha sido maravilloso.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We first visited for a couple of nights last year and enjoyed it so much that we returned for a full week this time. We honestly couldn’t rate it more highly. The reception team were always friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and kept spotless throughout our stay, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool. I also had a massage during our stay, which was easy to arrange through reception. We dined in the hotel restaurant one evening and were very impressed with both the food and the service. In fact, the service across the hotel was excellent from start to finish. The surrounding area is lovely too, with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés within easy walking distance. There is also a tourist train stop not far from the hotel, which is a fun and convenient way to explore the local area, costing just €4 per person. The location is ideal if you’d like to take a day trip by train. We visited Murcia and Alicante, with return train tickets to Murcia costing around €17 for two adults. As a coeliac, I was particularly impressed with how well the hotel catered for gluten-free guests. There was a good selection available at breakfast, making dining stress-free. Some nearby gluten-free friendly options we found included: • La Latina – varied menu with plenty of choice • Mantra Hindu – Indian cuisine • Lazy Lucy – burgers • Domino’s – gluten-free options available for eat-in or takeaway For gluten-free shopping: • El Pa del Cel – excellent gluten-free bakery • Dia – stocks Mahou gluten-free beer and its own gluten-free brand • Herbolario Navarro – great range of gluten-free products, including several gluten-free beers and bottles of Estrella at very reasonable prices We found Mercadona to have a more limited gluten-free selection compared with the other stores. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a great location, especially for coeliac travellers. We would happily return again.

Podobało mi się otoczenie hotelu. Zadbany, zielony gaj. Basen mały ale wystarczający.

Monotonne sniadania. Raz obsługa podawała drinki na basenie, inna zmiana już nie podawała. Ręczniki basenowe raz na cały pobyt 🙈 nalezalo się upomnieć o nowe ... w sumie ok ale czegoś brakuje ... max na 3 - 4 noce

Everything was perfect. I travel alone and felt very safe in my comfortable room, when sitting around the fabulous pool and on the wonderful Terrace. Breakfast was a delicious feast and my lobster salad lunch was a delight. The location of the hotel enabled me to safely explore Elche.

I liked everything about this Hotel and would highly recommend it. Nothing could have been any better.
