Des enfants en dessous des 4 ans dans le sauna avec des cris sans arrêt. SPA à éviter ! Pareil sur la propreté du SPA. Ça ne donne pas envie

"Decent Hotel stay"

Centrally located from both old and new side Brussels, close to Grand place 8 mins walk

The bathroom had very basic amenities and bathroom didnt have hot water just warm, and toilet and bathroom was separate, esp. If you are not used to using only Toilet rolls it would be a problem like it was for us.

"Ottima posizione e tanti comfort, ma accoglienza da migliorare"

Hotel in posizione davvero ottima, a pochi minuti dalla Grand Place e dalle principali attrazioni di Bruxelles, perfetto per visitare la città comodamente a piedi. La camera era dotata di tutti i comfort, persino asse e ferro da stiro, dettaglio non così scontato e molto apprezzato. Presente anche il bollitore per tè e tisane, anche se avrei gradito la macchina del caffè. Nel complesso comunque una buona soluzione per la posizione strategica e i comfort della camera.

La presenza della moquette in camera, che oggi trovo piuttosto inaccettabile, soprattutto in una città europea d’eccellenza come Bruxelles. Inoltre, l’ambiente generale risultava un po’ freddo e il personale della reception non particolarmente cordiale o comunicativo.
