Bel endroit, calme et paisible

J'ai pris une formule avec petit déj et dîner compris, on me l'a confirmé a l'accueil, et le soir en arrivant au resto ( avec un bébé de 2 ans qui avait trop faim ) pour diner on me sors que le dîner n'est pas inclus et quand il appelle la réception ils disent la même chose donc j'ai dû faire pression et attendre une dizaine de minutes pour qu'ils re vérifient et qu'ils se rendent compte au final qu'ils ont mal vérifié et que j'avais bien le dîner inclus mais malgré ça ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de s'excuser pour la gêne et l'attente !!
