Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Folsom

I’ve stayed here before and it’s always reliable and I love how friendly the staff is how clean everything is and that it’s pet friendly!

Unfortunately, the room keys were not working on any of the other doors because there was a power outage and their key system is out of date.

I liked the separate rooms.

Tap in room 407 was a bit finicky (kitchen one)

Bed way too hard

The bedroom was spacious and clean. Everything in the kitchen was provided to cook and serve meals. I really like the suite. The provided breakfast was fine and had it in the dining room. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the super noisy AC that woke me up all night each time it started. I felt like there was a plane in the room. If all the rooms were as noisy, I will not return even though the room/ suite was comfortable. I didn't like the parking situation and the $12 per night fee for the car.

The room has a kitchenette if you need that for your travels. We were just there one night and did not use it all. Overall, everything is just ok, but we will not be going back.

The place is dark, carpets are worn out, and bubbling in the hallways. They keep the curtains drawn in the breakfast area the lights are dim throughout. Not sure why we had to pay extra for parking when it's just open to everyone. Breakfast food was available, but it did not taste good. The place could do with a freshening for sure.
