The staff were excellent and very helpful , breakfast was fine and the room was clean with all you needed for your stay.

È un hotel 3 stelle pagato 300€. La stanza minuscola. Il letto “matrimoniale “ era una brandina. Sono stati ok a mettere il lettino per il bambino di un anno. Ma è inaccettabile un prezzo del genere per un hotel che non ha nessun tipo di servizio o una stanza di quel genere

La proximité avec le centre de ville, le personnel aimable mais sans être particulièrement accueillant, la propreté de la chambre.

Une insonorisation catastrophique : bruits de chasse d’eau et d’écoulement d’évacuations dans les tuyauteries particulièrement désagréables, la ventilation en fin de vie, de fonctionnement de réfrigérateur. Sans parler de l’insonorisation avec le couloir de l’hotel qui n’épargne rien et surtout pas les clients indélicats qui a des heures extrêmement tardives confondent le jour et la nuit et ne font aucun cas des autres. Un buffet de petit déjeuner qui manque cruellement de variété.

Hotel was lovely and staff great. The only downfall for me was that on the booking.com website it was not made clear that there was a €25 parking fee. This was a shock when we arrived. I pointed this out to the staff who said an email was sent with this detail. Yes one was sent but after booking which is a bit late. The manager then went through the booking.com page and found where it said €25, but also commented that ‘they hide it well’ as was not easy to find. Other than that we had very nice stay. Food good, room clean and not too far to walk to the beautiful town of Verona.
