Posizione della struttura perfetta, fuori dal centro città ma a 5 minuti di auto. Appartamento con terrazza con vista diretta sulla piscina, le palme, la spiaggia e l'Atlantico. Accesso al mare diretto (Meia Praia, spiaggia larga e lunghissima, e pulita), basta attraversare la strada e il binario della ferrovia regionale Lagos - Faro. Parcheggio incluso e comodo.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento, pur rimanendo molto funzionale. Anche le dotazioni interne, specialmente quelle dell'angolo cucina e del bagno cieco (ancora dotato di vasca da bagno e senza aspiratore), dovrebbero essere ammodernate.
