Shower and ac worked

Everything was broken. There was trim falling off of every part of the room. The carpet was dirty and ripped. The bathroom sink was coming off the wall. This place was so run down.

Location easily reachable and well organized.

There is no one to help on luggage. Otherwise it was fine. No elevator for disabled, MUST stay in the first floor.

Room and hotel were unsanitary and there was an atrocious lack of maintenance. There was mold under the public ice maker, water and humidity damage evident throughout the facility, warped baseboards peeling off stained walls in my room, an overpowering scent of mold and mildew, and damaged and missing panels in bathroom. The carpet was warped and damaged from water/excessive humidity. The staff and management refused to issue a refund despite me pointing out that their facilities were health and safety hazards and I would not be staying there on hygienic and lung safety grounds.

Probably the only hotel in Dayton that had clean-ish rooms. Hate the fact that there is no elevator. And especially when I ask for a room on the first floor due to being 9 months pregnant, and the younger girl tells me they “don’t have any first floor rooms available” then I happen to walk by as another couple is checking in, who was offered a first room floor. The older man that works there is always so sweet, but the younger girl definitely needs to work on her hospitality.

Being lied to! Was told there were no rooms available on first floor, only to walk by seconds later and see a couple who was offered a first floor room.

Staff are rude as life room are clean but floors feel absolutely disgusting…. Hallways smell like cigs mixed with a weird smell house keeping aren’t the best thy come to clean at 9am and if you miss them you just miss them and have to wait until the next day the doors lock for the whole hotel at 10 so if your key stops working you have to ring a door bell at which they hate answering and will get an attitude with you soooo don’t work overtime pretty quiet fo th most part gets super busy on Saturdays and sundays
