It was close to where my daughter was playing. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

"Rooms in disrepair and poor condition"

Room was in poor condition. Hair dryer didn't work, vanity broken and shifted so that toilet seat wouldn't stay up by itself. Sensor lights throughout that will shut off automatically if you aren't constantly moving around which is EXTREMELY annoying.

"To My Second Worst stay!"

Cleanliness and ease of use was not we expected. The first 2 days were difficult due to staff entering into our room without permission, with a do not disrurb sign on outside of door. They tossed our stuff, pulled matresses off and left the room in shambles without our knowledge for about 2-3 hours while we were eating breakfast in their Kitchen!

"As usual, everything fine!"

The property as always was fine! The problem that occurred was that I was billed by Booking.Com, and by the hotel too. You charged $355.10 and the hotel charged me $334.39. I was double billed. Your invoice date 9/1/25 ID 5332. Please issue a refund to my credit card. Thank you… Donna Arnott
