University Park Inn & Suites, an Ascend Collection Hotel

That it was close to my college student. Walking distance to certain things.

It was a bit town noisy. The train a bit. I could hear the staff talking/yelling super early in the morning.

Clean and comfortable in a good location to downtown and the campus. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only issue was with bicycle use. They were not able to print the release of liability form so we were unable to use them.

The property update is really impressive! Our room was very spacious, with a separate living area, bedroom, and even a whirlpool tub (though we didn’t get a chance to use it). The balcony was a great touch — everything felt fresh, nicely updated, and very clean. Will stay again...

Very clean and updated rooms were awesome!! Lots of space in each room was very nice! They even accommodated the women with makeup removal cloths. Thanks for caring about the female customers! It was easy to walk downtown from the location, which made it perfect to take advantage of the downtown. I would stay there again— high-quality facility. I am used to staying at five star properties so I was pleasantly surprised by these great accommodations.

The location is great. Super-convenient to reach the campus and downtown, but on the outside edge of the busyness. The rooms are cute and clean.

The only downside is that anyone sensitive to sound might be bothered by hearing the train at night. It is muffled, but audible, enough to notice (for me) but not bother or disturb my sleep.

Nice pool, close to downtown Davis.
