Great Experience
Bathroom was very roomy and clean. I appreciated the ironing board. I am glad I brought my own hair blow dryer as one was not available. I arrived at hotel at 4:41pm and the room was not available yet. I was a bit upset but not argumentative. I went to restroom to change blouse and did makeup. I returned to desk about 10-15 min later and the receptionist did not know I was there 10-15 min. ago. (eye roll) The room was now available. she processed the room for me and handed me the key card. with No further words. I asked where is the elevator. Come on! teach the receptionists basic welcoming skills !
Everything was great my only complaint is parking but it wasn't too bad
Everything was wonderful as far as the property. One of the front desk workers was very rude and not friendly not sure what her name was. She was a young girl. Not friendly at all. Other than that everything else was wonderful other front desk clerks was very friendly and attentive.
Hotel was very clean. White noise from street below my room.
Don't think you will wake up to a free breakfast or coffee as they charge you for everything. 4 dollars for a bottle of water.
The people were very helpful and nice.
