Staff were fantastic. Location perfect for my office and Room lay out great as they have a separate bedroom.

Kitchen units and wardrobes need renewing. They are old and and draws broken.

The people at the hotel. Really nice people. And the facilities and rooms are excellent.

The bed. Mattress could have been used by the colonial government but somehow still finds a way back to the room. It needs replacing

The hotel is quiet and has a beautiful and distinctive character. What I liked most was the staff's treatment, especially Sophia. As for the resident manager, Mr. Suman, he is wonderful and special. When he saw me sewing a waist bag, he insisted on helping me and sewing it for me in a special way. It is a wonderful gesture from a distinguished manager.

I did like the place. The kitchenette was a real bonus. Loft was fun and nice if you plan to meet business partners in your room.

Rooms back on to a noisy road. Curtains could be thicker as light outside is quite bright.
