The staff was really friendly and kjnd

The phone didn’t work, the tv wasn’t programmed (I got it working but it took a call and some frustration) the heater was off when I entered the room on a cold night. The shuttle to the airport was late. So nothing terrible but a lot of minor inconveniences added up when I was already travel wary.
