"Good"

They advertise breakfast but had no coffee and the coffeemaker was broke. Very little else available except yogurt, cold Cereal and make your own waffle. Not good.

I found my stay to be enjoyable. Nobody has knocked themselves out keeping the place clean, but I didn’t feel it was problematic. The bed was comfy, the staff was very nice, and I enjoyed my stay. I think it is a serviceable low-cost place to stay.

Nice, new looking rooms. Second time staying at a Microtel and both have been good experiences. Nothing at all wrong with a small room for a short stay

My husband and I travel a lot for our Business...we always ride through Bowling Green Kentucky, atleast every 3/4 months..Microtel is are resting place..but on August 1st,2025..we checked in, the Toilet was running..so my husband called front desk to checkit out..she apologized for the inconvenience..all rooms where booked, said she's going to let Management know about the problem..we checked out next morning..talked to front desk about issue..she said ok we'll look into it..my husband asked for Management name..called 2 days later..lady told us there was NO problem with the Toilet..we said the front desk wrote a note about it right..she said yes..but no problem with Toilet..Microtel you just LOST customers for LIFE..
