Cooper Hotel Conference Center & Spa

One of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

My only complaint was that at night, it was very hard to find. I checked in late and I needed to call the desk in order to get directions.

The bed was excellent and the bedding. The room was spacious, clean, and relaxing with a view of the lovely grounds.

I would have dearly loved some coffee in the morning in the lobby in spite of it being Sunday.

Quietness and trees

The front desk agent definitely gave rude racist vibes. I called before arriving a day in advance and let them know i was bringing my esa and she told me to bring my documentation to show forth at the front desk. Upon arriving i let the staff know my dog was an esa and I have documentation. Gabbie or Abbie whichever which had said “well what is she trained to do”….?? She then said that I wouldn’t be able to bring my son and very small dog inside to which she’s here for my support going through grief from my late mother. To which then she makes us entirely late to my son’s birthday because of the information she had said but changed up once we arrived. I had to book elsewhere at AC hotel at the galleria in the area thankfully was an amazing stay but I will never forget the horrendous experience I had with the staff at Cooper hotel and I will make sure that I do not advise anyone to stay here as it was a pick and choose situation. Also I had paid my entire stay in advance to ensure my stay and now I’m needing a refund still but will have to speak with the manager on Monday morning.

Any need expressed to front desk or housekeeping was met ASAP
