Overall okay, just because the staff were great.

The stay was pleasant overall, with a great view and an excellent location. However, the amenities were very basic, which was quite unexpected for a hotel with such high ratings. The food was disappointing. We stayed for four nights, and the menu remained almost identical each day, with only minor changes like spaghetti to penne and Hainanese rice to plain boiled rice. The lack of variety was frustrating, and some items were not even replenished—for example, the patongko was never topped up. The reception service was average and could have been more attentive and welcoming.

Overall the stay was great, comfortable and the staff were attentive

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly but as we were only 2 nights it was not able to be fixed in time

Lite tråkigt frukost. Inte fullt ut handikappanpassad problem att ta sig till polen.

Room was nice 19th floor bar and staff. Friendly and welcoming Pool was good Nice entrance to hotel Car park great.

Lack of sunbeds around pool No staff on ground floor bar 5pm 19th floor inside restaurant too dark and chilly. Chinese restaurant unwelcoming. No staff to greet you.
