La réception est belle, le personnel est sympathique

Chambre pas nettoyée entre la première et la deuxième nuit, je suis resté 10 mn dans un ascenseur en panne. Sans réponse de leurs part J’ai du appeler ma femme pour voir à la réception La chambre mériterait d’être renouvelé Petit déjeuner rien à dire

Gym was excellent

Roof top breakfast facility was very dated and seemed unclean, however omelette station was friendly and well cooked. Rooms were dated and lighting electrical need upgrading, felt unsafe with kight switches difficult to manage locate.

The staff at the door were very friendly, unlike those at reception.

The room wasnt clean . It's obvious they don't sweep. The door of the bathroom was damaged and made a really loud noise. Also the bathroom was really dirty.

The location is ideal. Very close to the Sunday market without being in it. Great restaurants within walking distance and bus station is close by. Staff are extremely attentive… any issues were addressed immediately (often within minutes).

In the hottest part of the day the pool is in direct sunlight. Not really a negative - it’s just not ideal if you’re prone to sunburn. If you’re an early riser, the pool is perfectly shaded to get an early morning swim and it is a lovely place to soak after a day of exploring and watch the stars.

The view from the roof top restaurant was beautiful, the food and entertainment was great, the location to Old Phuket town was 2 blocks away, the night markets were amazing and the breakfast was superb. the hotel lobby in fantastic and the staff where very friendly, great value for money, I differently would stay there again
