Good location next to Tim Hortons so that was nice

We had a couple pillows that we had to toss off the beds because of hair stuck to them. And the temperature of the room was either to hot or to cold

Only one lady from the reception was very bad to us. I can share photos for my horrible stay and what happened to us . Unfortunately I tried to call the manager twice and left a message but never call back

Location

Very poor attitude front counter staff, as we had to ask over 5 times to get our room refreshed and never happened just got attitude from the lady at the front counter. The food handling was not very sanitary during breakfast time as they used the same gloves to clean and serve food. The hot tub was so hot that it was burning the kids and parents. Staff didn’t seem to care just told us to stay out of it if we found it too hot.

Room was dirty , old milk in the fridge , long black hair over the bed , went to Showered etc water was leaking all the floor , toilet did not flush, and the was a long ball of black hair over the taps in the tub, smells like an ashtray which is funny because it's a non smoking hotel . I damn near puked at the states of this room . This hotel used to be a nice property , but not any more .
