Carnegie House

The entire stay was superb. The hotel design, check in and out, the location, quietness, amenities and the wonderful mattress and sofa in the room were very comfortable. Easily a 4.5 star hotel. We travel a great deal and this is example of everything a hotel should be. It was an ideal and perfect stay. The room was a simply luxe design and gorgeous.

The hotel was very clean and had a unique homey feel to it.

When the staff member called me in the morning to get my credit card I told him we would arrive 3-330 and asked if we could check in early. He responded, absolutely no problem at all. When we arrive at 320, it took a while for a staff member to acknowledge us and then our room wasn’t ready. We were told another 15-20 min so we waited outside. 40 min later at 4pm our room was finally ready. Other than that the room was beautiful and very clean and we would stay there again.

Staff very responsive. Great remodel under new ownership a few years ago. High-end touches. Our new favorite hotel. No longer matters if our son graduates in four years or not…we like it that much!

Amazing place, love going back there!

Absolutely beautiful place with great rooms and super comfy beds and pillows. Beautifully decorated.two little things. Super soft water which tasted bad. Maybe consider a bottle or two of water in the rooms. Also note that some rooms aren’t accessible by elevator. But the nice front desk guys helped with bags coming and going. Loves this place.
