Das Hauptbett war bequem und in Ordnung. Grundsätzlich bietet das Zimmer als Boardinghouse-Apartment mit kleiner Küchenzeile ausreichend Platz. Die Lage in Düsseldorf ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt.

Leider entsprach die „Junior Suite“ (Zimmer 414) in keiner Weise den Kriterien eines 4-Sterne-Hauses. Das Zimmer war in einem extrem abgewohnten und renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Besonders negativ fielen auf: • Stark verstaubte und unhygienische Lüftungsgitter. • Eine mangelhafte Sitzgruppe mit abgewetzter Couch und einem beschädigten, schiefen TV-Board. • Unprofessionelle Instandhaltungsarbeiten (offene, provisorisch abgeklebte Heizungsrohre im Bad und kaputte Fußleisten). • Die vorhandene Liege erfüllte absolut nicht den Standard eines 4-Sterne-Zustellbetts. Trotz Meldung der Mängel beim Check-out wurde darauf nur mit einem standardisierten Bedauern reagiert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht.

- Good location - Kind staff

This hotel is not a 4-star property by any reasonable standard. Although I was told that my room had been upgraded to a suite, it did not have proper air conditioning. The temperature inside the room was around 33°C. There was a portable cooling unit/fan, but it barely worked, required constant adjustment to keep running, made a very loud noise, and was completely insufficient for the size of the room. The bathroom was not very clean. The shower gel and shampoo containers had already been opened and used, and the dispensers themselves were dirty. The minibar was completely empty. There was one bottle of water provided, but it was not even kept cold in the refrigerator. The room layout was also inconvenient. The light switches were located only near the entrance, making it impossible to turn off the lights from the bed. I had to get out of bed every time I wanted to switch the lights off. The floor was covered with tiles, which felt unusual and uncomfortable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. The bathroom amenities were extremely limited, consisting only of a few cotton swabs. The toilet paper did not appear to be freshly replaced or sealed, and the overall cleanliness standards in the bathroom were below expectations. The room included a small kitchenette, but there was a notice stating that the staff was not responsible for washing dishes, which felt odd for a hotel of this category. Finally, the overall design and condition of the room felt outdated, worn, and in need of renovation. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

The location

It doesn’t look like a 4 stars hotel, the room didn’t gave a coffee machine or tea, or kettle and no coffee machine in the common area! There was no amenities, except ear buds.
