"Super Lage"

Die Lage war super und das Personal war mega freundlich.

Es ist teilweise im Hotel etwas eng, zum Beispiel im Speisesaal. Auch auf unserem Zimmer war es bei der Toilette und Badewanne sehr eng. Direkt vor der Toilette hängt die Heizung an der Wand und bietet dadurch wenig Beinfreiheit.

"Volgende keer in Dusseldorf een ander hotel."

Lokatie en parkeren voor de deur.

Kamer smoezelig, gebroken glas op de grond gevonden, waterdruk in de douche is er niet. Ontbijtzaal te klein en rommelig, ontbijt ook niet uitgebreid.

"Hatte mehr erwartet"

In der dusche war ein fenster zum schlafzimmer. Die dichtungen davon waren spröde und vergammelt. Türen voller flecken. Wasser bleibt nit konstsnt wsrm nur heiß oder kalt Man sollte angeben, dass Parkplätze nur auf reservierung verfügbar sind.

"Katastrophe"

Zimmer über Booking gebucht und bestätigt. Zwei Stunden später im Hotel angekommen, dort wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass das bereits bestätigte Zimmer inzwischen an andere Gäste vergeben wurde und kein Ersatz mehr verfügbar sei. Absolut unprofessionell und inakzeptabel. Nach einer langen Anreise ohne Unterkunft dazustehen, obwohl eine gültige Buchung vorlag, ist einfach enttäuschend. Keine vernünftige Lösung oder Entgegenkommen vom Hotel. Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

"Nice Japanese 80s vibe, close to Little Tokyo."

Very close to Little Tokyo, amazing breakfast with some Asian and European varieties. The junior suite, 2 rooms with kitchen was perfect for family with Teenager.
