Not the fanciest place but nice people and is great for pets.

It was functional. Toilet seat was loose. Lavatory handle assembly was also loose, both repaired after approaching desk. The sheets and pillow cases had odd discolorations and a hole in sheet as well. One other issue was roach being present in the bathroom.

The staff is quick to assume you’re wrong before coming to the conclusion that their equipment failed. As a customer representative you should be welcoming to your customers not hostile. I went to check in and get my room. After that my card key wasn’t working for the door. Shortly after I go back down stairs (no elevator for customers or staff) to check a new key out. Turns out their door scanner wasn’t working. I had to keep sliding the key in and out like crazy just to get into my room. Not only did I bring this to front desk but multiple “management” even after being told I didn’t have to do what I was doing and proved to them I couldn’t get into the room unless I did it. Even with a master key. They seemed to want to throw the blame on operator error till they finally fixed it on day 6 (my last day there). I don’t normally complain but this is not a place I’d ever want to stay again.
