"We will never recommend this hotel."

Location good. Breakfast OK. No ketchup

4pm checkin is too late. We arrived at 2.30, our room was ready, but we still had to pay an extra 20euro to access it. And then we were offered a room with a better view (obviously available) for another 20eoro. We refused this offer. It left a very bad impression. At 4pm the queue to checking was long. Very unimpressed. Money means more to this hotel than guest satisfaction.

Vastaanotossa Jenny oli huippu ammattilainen! Huonesiivoojat mukavia, auttavaisia ja siistit huoneet.

Aamiaisen taso huono mm: puuro kokkareista, kylmiä nakkeja ja lihapullia. Keräävät astiat asiakkaiden edestä, ei oo kunnolla edes syöty kaikkea. Vastaanotossa tyly, koppava vaaleahiuksinen n: 45-50 v nainen. Ala-arvoista.
