Great location. Comfy bed. Had spa bath and large shower.

No hot water two nights running so couldn't use spa bath. Sink was blocked. Disturbed twice from 9.15am by housekeeping despite 11am check out. The second time they just walked in without knocking!! Extremely distressing. Carpets were stained. I was given a small refund which did not equate to the inconvenience and upset caused.

Location

Poor coordination of room assignment! Purposeful - not vacancy related. For a week day, still shoulder season/not busy, were in the only room on property with caution tape on patio, 'do not use patio' signage on inside of room patio door. We had maintenance crew workers at our window early in the morning assessing, taking photos and clanging measuring tape around the patio window -- large crack in window held together with packing tape. Also, backed on to a property roofing project with workers, machines, matierials continuously passing by the unit.

Clean room and great location, everything was nice and updated

My partner left his pillow in the room (not blaming the hotel for this) but when I messaged the hotel twice I had no response and I instead let them know that we would be returning in 4 days to pick it up. Instead of responding we drove back and had to pay the park fee just for them to let us know they never found it. Waste of money and time due to their poor communication
