The breakfast is good. Plentiful, with a good variety to choose from. From what I could tell the entire Hotel was one of the cleanest hotels that I've ever stayed in. My room was exceptionally clean. I had room 318. I believe the card on the mirror said Maria as being the one responsible for the room. Great job Maria! The young woman working the front desk during the day was extremely helpful! Very pleasant to talk to, and was very helpful. She said she was from Ukraine. Good job in hiring her!

The phone didn't work. The fixtures in the bathtub were all loose, operational, but all loose. Bad install. There's also enough room for a table and one or two chairs. That would have been helpful.

We liked how close the hotel was to the interstate and the front desk clerk was very welcoming and helpful.

We saw the sheets weren't changed when we got there. It looked like house keeping just made the bed without putting on fresh sheets. There were stains and hair on the linens.

The cleanliness, uncomfortable beds

I will probably stay at this hotel every single time I come to Orem! It was beautiful! The staff was so friendly especially Rav. Everyone always went out of their way to help. The facilities were very nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. I really like this property!

We were woken up at 1:55 am by a phone call from a male claiming to call from the front desk, saying they were doing maintenance on the system and to hang up, then pick up the receiver and leave it off the hook. Being half asleep I did as he said. In the morning I realized that this was pretty fishy, so I checked with the front desk. They assured me that no one was at the desk at that time...and apparently another guest had mentioned the same thing. I would recommend travelers unplug the room phone before going to sleep to avoid being woken up by a prank caller.
