Front office very friendly

Walls paper thin. People above us were very loud, probably children jumping on the bed etc. Breakfast was horrible. Luke warm coffee, no decaf coffee. No creamer. No fruit. No yogurt. Just cereal and bread. No butter or jelly.

"They gave me the broken room, even though I had a reservation"

Received a room with no key card and management had to let us in and out of that room. The same room seemed like it was an occupied for a long time with dust on things. And a leaky pipe in the bathroom.

Anna was especially helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but the staff worked hard to impress. The hotel is very easy to access. Great view overlooking Utah Lake

"Horrible don’t ever go back"

I didn’t we rented it as a last minute thing because we were too tired to finish our road trip and when we got there, we ended up staying there for maybe about an hour and then we left because of the stuff that we found all over the floor and all over the tub. It was so gross. It was disgusting and I have never in my life seen a room that nasty.

One of the nastiest places I’ve ever been it was uncleanly unclean had no clean tubs anything it was gross. I stayed there for an hour and then left because I couldn’t do it. It was nasty and there was a bug on the bed. so I ended up leaving at like 1 o’clock in the morning because we got there super late.
