Very friendly staff, excellent location when you have an early flight from Charleroi, nice views from the room.

Il personale. Avevamo prenotazione per 3 persone e abbiamo trovato una camera con letto matrimoniale e divano ancora da preparare. Il personale, ha cercato di arrangiare al meglio il letto, senza federe per i cuscini e senza piumone.. non funzionava il termosifone: un disastro. Ci hanno prenotato un taxi, ma ne abbiamo pagati due.

Personale non molto accogliente, corridoi dell’hotel sporchi. Per l’aeroporto il taxi costa 20 euro, eravamo in 6 e ci ha obbligati a prendere 2 taxi (40 euro) nonostante l’indomani mattina sia venuto un solo van per 6 persone. Scorretto.

Complessivamente struttura poco accogliente.

Convenient stop off the highway. Perfect for a halfway point on a longer road trip. The room was sufficient and the staff and lobby were nice.

The room was kinda tight. The bathroom left something to be desired. There was a musty smell and a little mold in the shower. The door setup was tight, and the lack of outlets by one of the beds was not ideal.

We stayed here because we had a flight to catch. The main reasons we chose this hotel were: proximity to the airport, low price and restaurant facilities. What we had not counted on was the staff being SO friendly. All the 'bonjours' they wished us were much appreciated. The room was clean, the shower was good and our bed was comfy (firma mattress). There were lots of guests but it wasn't noisy (unlike some other airport hotels).

I had read in reviews that the menu was a bit limited... I just hadn't counted on it being SO limited. A few pastas and pizzas to choose from. The pizza was technically fine - just not our thing. The pasta was okay, though.
