I like the sea view & the affordability. Love the balcony. Love the spaciousness. Host was responsive.

Because I like the affordability for the view, I hesitate to give honest feedback because if it's taken, the price wouldn't be the same... But I will still list them here: 1. Room is old - I mean really old. The lock uses keys, not card. The keys can be found on the keybox outside the room. It's not even a well-secured lock... anyone can break in. 2. The balcony door is also dinghy. The latch that keeps it locked was loose. Again, someone could have climbed in & broken in very easily. 3. Ants everywhere. 4. Not the cleanest place.

The view at 22 floor is superb, the owner responsive.

The mattress is not comfort , very sagging. One of the aircond is out of service. The hotel is dated.
