Every staff member was attentive, pleasant, and accommodating. Everyone had a smile and made our stay flawless.

I realize the cost reflects the seasonal nature of the stay and the location but it would have been better if it cost less.

The location was great and the staff was fabulous!

Ice machines weren't working on our floor or the next one above us. We basically went to all the floors to find one that worked. The pool towels needed to be restocked. Thankfully another guest was able to ask the front desk for more towels, since we were already in the pool.
