I stayed in this property 3 months ago that time our experience was good. But recently we revisited and the experience was awful.

The room they offered smells very bad, then we asked to changed the room. The new room they offered was not what we booked. I booked the falls-view kind size with jetted tub. They offered significantly small room with double bed with no falls view. And staff was very rude, we asked for refund they said they can’t and made the situation which forces us to stay in the room given by them or else they will still deduct the money.
