I didn’t stay not one night waiting for my refund it was horrible and ghetto needs to be shut down I wouldn’t recommend to no one

People hanging out in grit of the door like a party animals walking around. It was horrible I never went in

The room bed and bathroom was great. Tv was on.. Guest services is great. The hotel was very friendly and clean. Amenities was great and the surrounding area is very accommodating to food, transit.

Just my first night, the tv didn’t work but the guest services was very accommodating to getting me a new room. Staff treated me like family while I was here.

What breakfast???😅😅😅,you should of asked me about the roaches ,,,the place is terrible.

My entire stay was uncomfortable, from being an innocent bystander stuck in the middle of gunfire in the motel parking lot to having an careless employee give unregistered guests to the room/motel access without proper procedures ,in which, landing an outcome of property damage. Having the manager review the cameras, MS. Murphy noticed I had left and a visitor of the location received keys to my room from the incompetent employee that doesnt follow policy. She still holds ME responsible for something I didn’t do or was not in the vicinity and didn’t give anyone access to do. I’ve been calling corporate since Wednesday to resolve, not one issue but to move around some of those employees there

The hotel manager is the only thing nice about the hotel. She is the only reason i would go back. She’s kind. Considerate and compassionate. The hotel has mold in the ceiling. Drug dealers and users infest the property. Roaches as well. Etc. overall the only thing nice was the woman at the desk.
