Beyond expectations

Room was awesome and staff are super nice I just hope they get around to taking the sign down for the breakfast area because it is no longer available or never was and I kinda got my hopes up for that but other then that awesome place to stay!!!

2nd time here . Was very noisy in building B . Doors slamming every morning.& people above us were fighting constantly. Not sure I would stay in that building again

My stay was overall pleasant. I really liked the hotel room, it had a lot of cups, plates, etc. The shower was nice and working. Had a small cute kitchen. Exactly like the picture, clean and cozy. The people were a different story. I walked in and said hello, I have a reservation for tonight. The lady rolled her eyes and said “Do you.” I brushed it off, she seemed funny just annoyed with working there. It is important to note I use my credit card ONLY on big purchases, I figured it would be fine to give them my card to have on file (they have a service fee if needed). I had no problem, all hotels do this. Keep in mind, I only use this card for travel purchases like hotels, or any big expense. I use a different credit card for others. Well, after I left, and this was the ONLY place i used my card at THIS MONTH, the next day somebody had used my card to try and pay their Netflix account! NOBODY else had my card, and I doubt if somebody stole it last month they’d wait this long to use it. Thank goodness I am smart about my money and had my account FROZEN! I quickly had to DEACTIVE AND DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and the ONLY place that had my card last was this place! Before that, it was only for insurance for my vechicles or for my trip last month but I didn’t end up USING IT! I never give this card out, so I know it had to be this staff! Keep in mind, I don’t watch TV, I don’t use Netflix or any streaming service except for sometimes YouTube! Didn’t even use the TV! Watch out for that!

The price was good and the location

The whole building smelled of cigarettes. Our room smelled so strong is cigarettes that it gave us all a headache. We opened the windows but one had no screen and the other screen was ripped. There were empty nips under the pullout coach. The pullout coach was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t even use it. The blanket it came with was absolutely filthy. The floor in the kitchen was sticky. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The dishes were dirty. The shampoo they gave us was opened with barely any in it. There were constantly people smoking at every entrance of the building. The staff wasn’t friendly. I would rather pay double than stay here again.
